They're called "favicons."

You know, those little icons next to the URL in your address bar...Now Meat has one. It's a little thing, but that's as much progress as I can stand today. Want your own? Here's a free favicon-makin' tool.

Here I am, a dedicated reader, and I sit waiting by my RSS feed for something new to appear. And nope, I am not gifted with any news from Meat Journal. What's up? Too busy grading papers? Too full of committee meetings with their trans-historical politics and unique personalities? Me and my RSS feed don't care. I'm dodging my parakeet's demands for attention, the call of crazy 1980s videos on YouTube.com, and planning my summer composition course.

Yo! Yo! Please be generous and share a tad bit of classic Meat-y wit with us. Even if it's an excerpt.

Was that pathetic enough?

Did it leverage your guilt?

It should have. Yeah. The rhetoric of guilt.

Slap us with a hot espresso-istic shot of wit.
